The experience and service at EK far exceeds what you would expect from a dealership. Our vehicles are off warranty now and we feel like it?s an inconvenience to return for service. It doesn?t matter how much we spent on our vehicles either but dealerships forget we have other choices and we remember disappointing interactions for a long time. | I've had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with EK. Glen and Adrien are both very knowledgeable as is there staff working on your vehicle. For those of us who appreciate our European automobiles its great to know that EK also appreciates them and services them better then the dealers do!!!!! EK doesn't treat me like a cash machine either and when I service my vehicles I always feel like I'm dealing with friends. I will and do recommend EK to anyone who wants a service center focused on service excellence for its customers. |
