| This was my first time at EK Imports and overall I was quite impressed. I would have given a 5 star review but there was a minor but critical oversight. When the crankcase was being filled with oil it wasn't filled completely. The level was still within allowable operating parameters however it should have the full amount of oil in the crankcase as the oil plays an extremely vital role in the operation of the engine. |

| service was great and timely. Only issue is I am waiting to hear the cost for the strut supports ( I think ) that are suspected to be the source of the noise from rear suspension. |

| The guys did a great job on getting our 1 issue fixed. But I am waiting for a quote to fix our oil leaks and our air conditioning. I am waiting to hear back from Glenn or Gord I forget now. |

| Very much appreciated their help to get my vehicle in for repairs. To explain the situation and help keep things within budget. The shop is always busy so updates and communication can be weight down by the workload. |

| I like EK Auto and would recommend them to others. However, they are very busy and that sometimes results in longer wait times (for appointments, estimates, communication in general). I attribute the fact that they're busy to the quality of their work and the friendliness of their staff. Nonetheless, because I like to have my vehicles serviced as promptly as possible, I have found myself looking elsewhere lately to have them serviced. But if you're not impatient like me, I suspect you will be satisfied bringing your vehicle to EK Auto. |
