| So i booked an appt. to have a "Flush & Fill" of my cooling system (Was leak free and working fine at time of appt.). Waited a week to have the work done. Dropped car off at 8:00am on day of appt. and got a call a couple of hours later that my car was ready to pickup. Picked the car up, drove home (about a mile) and parked it. Went out using my wife's car and when I returned noticed a puddle under my car at the front. Took my car for a drive to the store and when I returned parked it in a different spot and sure enough, another puddle under the car. Went back to the shop to raise the leak issue and was told that "they could LOOK at it in a few days to identify the issue, NOT fix it" then I was told that "they could maybe fit me in to FIX the problem about mid December" So here I am with a car that has a cooling leak that appeared after they worked on the car that I cannot drive for the next 3-4 weeks. NOT WHAT I WOULD CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ANY WAY. As of Dec. 10, 2025 the car has not been fixed and I would NOT recommend taking your car here for service as the customer is never right. Chose this shop to help support local business but maybe I'll go back to big box chains where I can get some customer support in a timely manner. |

| I had a 8:00 AM drop off car was not looked at until very late afternoon , better scheduling is a must for your shop . I paid for a scan yet I didn?t receive the scan printout . If your scanning tools don?t give print outs I suggest an equipment upgrade as well . |
